Motivate To Be Healthy

This was our first time to this establishment. We came in for lunch on our last day of work. I am glad we came in. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the restaurant and the choice of beers. The food menu had a variety of choices, which was perfect for a picky eater. Our server Linn was polite and patient with us being decisive on our food order/drink. Our food was delicious. If ever I am back in the area. I will definitely go back. I would recommend this place.

We had a great time here, Z was our server and she was phenomenal! We got the chicken pad thai (spicy) and it was delicious. Along with the vegetarian Buddah tofu fried rice, very fresh and so good!

Best lemon pepper wings I've ever had! Better than wing stop, better than Buffalo wild wings! Loved it. I brought my family and everything was great! All the food we tried was delicious. I would not order the pot stickers again (they were ok but not enough filing or flavor) everything else though... so good! I highly recommend.

First timer here!!!! Place: suite 100 Time frame: around 3:45pm on a Thursday!! Very laid back spot. Sports bar atmosphere. Everyone was so nice. Our waitress was excellent. She was very kind and attentive. Food: Shrimp Garlic Butter w/ Brown rice Teriyaki chicken shrimp w/ fried rice We just drank water On a scale of 1-10 I’d give my food a strong 9. The only thing I didn’t care for was my brown rice. but I ate it anyways bc it’s the healthier choice, right lol. And besides my guy got the fried rice which was excellent. There was sooo much food! I took mine to go. My guy rated his food a 9. It was the not enough shrimp for him, he is a shrimp lover. There was only 4. The price wasn’t bad for 2 people. We paid about 40. We will go back. And try some more food.

*UPDATE* 5/30/25 - Came today with family from out of town party of 12 reserved at 7pm. The courteous front staff seated us promptly. Daisy our server was amazing & patient with us. All the food came out in a timely manner, and great. The wings were the favorite from everyone. Thanks BFF! First time trying BFF. We enjoyed everything, Calamari, Coconut Shrimp, Vietnamese wings, and fried rice. All dishes were well seasoned, and large portions. Wife enjoyed her ocean breeze drink, and my avocado milkshake with boba was good too. We will definitely be coming back to try more.

Due to our location in the Metroplex we have not been over to BFF in several years. We decided to meet my parents there for lunch yesterday. The food was as amazing as we remembered. We started with the crab rangoons, which are the best we have ever had. We also had edamame which was very good. My wife had the shrimp fried rice and I had the beef fried rice and both entrees were fresh and delicious. My parents had the Kung Pao chicken and the Orange chicken and they both enjoyed their meals as well. The lunch portions left plenty leftover for dinner that evening. Our server Angel was amazing and attentive and did an excellent job. The only downside is that we live so far away now and cannot regularly visit this location. Keep up the great work!!!

BFF is seriously one of my favorite spots. The vibe is always great, and the food hits every time. They’ve got drink specials every day too, which is a nice bonus. If you’re into sushi or other tasty Asian-inspired dishes, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend

BFF has been in our rotation for a few years now, we’ve tried a variety of items on the menu and have not been disappointed by anything we’ve had. This is truly Asian fusion boasting dishes from several countries in Asia, including Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea and more that i can’t remember from the expansive menu. The service has been consistently good over the years. When weather permits, eat outside!
